Refund policy

All of our shirts are made to order using high-quality direct-to-film (DTF) printing. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Color preference changes
  • Design choice changes
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Buyer’s remorse

If you are unsure about sizing, please review our size chart before ordering.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or wrong design sent)

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and issue

Once approved, we will gladly:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, OR
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available
  • Damaged items might be requested to be sent back

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

 

Processing & Shipping

All items are made to order.

Processing time:

Orders for shipping received before 2pm central time, will be processed and shipped the same day. orders placed after 2pm central time will be processed and shipped the next business day

Orders for local pickup received before 4pm central time will be processed and shipped the same day. orders placed after 4pm central time will be processed and the next business day

Keep in mind that weekends and holiday orders will be processed the following business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped and pickup notification once your local pickup order is ready.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

 

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank
