Processing Time
All of our products are made to order using high-quality DTF printing.
Processing time:
Orders for shipping received before 2pm central time, will be processed and shipped the same day. orders placed after 2pm central time will be processed and shipped the next business day
Orders for local pickup received before 4pm central time will be processed and shipped the same day. orders placed after 4pm central time will be processed the next business day
Keep in mind that weekends and holiday orders will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped and pickup notification once your local pickup order is ready.

Orders below $75 have a flat shipping rate of $10.
Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays due to incorrect addresses
• Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout
• Returned packages due to address errors
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
