Processing Time

All of our products are made to order using high-quality DTF printing.

Processing time is 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):
        •       Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
        •       Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other major carriers depending on destination and service selected.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:
        •       Delays due to incorrect addresses
        •       Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout
        •       Returned packages due to address errors

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or transit issues.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
